Bylaws of the NFCRWD Board of Managers

A bylaw is a law or rule that governs the internal affairs of the organization.  The Board of Managers operates under a Board approved set of bylaws that guide their actions. They are the organization's operating manual and may define the roles and duties of its directors and offices, procedures for holding meetings, electing officers, and appointing officers, conflict of interest policies and procedures and other essential governance matters.

The District Board periodically reviews and amends its bylaws.
